HOW TO CONTROL THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email from us containing a tracking number that you can use to check the status on this site:
It will take 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
If you have not received your order within 40 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at lea@brewvel.com with your name, invoice, order address and order number, and we will check it for you.
RESTITUTIONS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
In order to qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, or unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
